According to a report of December 2017, 1 billion women globally have been beaten, abused, or sexually violated because of their gender. Every November 25, the international day for the eradication of violence against women and girls. This day makes us remind that violence continues to be a global widespread with dismal consequences for women and girls. It leads us to negative mindset, mental and physical health consequences for women and limits their judgments. Global estimates recommend the cost of gender-based violence to be as high as 3.7 percent of GDP – or $1.5 trillion a year.

Besides this, each year, millions of girls around the world are married before they come to 18. Harmful social and gender norms, unbalanced power relations, low education, poverty and conflict are all either root causes or stress the risk of gender-based violence. Thus, awareness raising is very powerful, since it educates the people about topics which are first-hand to them as well as new ones reassure them to contribute in bringing change. We can touch more changes if we comportment well-authorized ways.
